What we do
We diagnose the health of your hard drive and, whenever we’re able to access the data, back it up onto a new 2.5″ USB hard drive enclosure for you to keep. If the drive itself is faulty, we replace it with a new drive (including a 500GB SSD option) and reinstall your operating system and drivers.
